Mayor Salentine called the meeting to order at 8 05 P.M

ZONING OFFICER'S REPORTS
MUSKEGO TRANSPORT - Zoning Officer Lee reported on
transactions that have transpired between he and Muskego
Transport. Originally, Muskego Transport had been given
until June 1 to show proof of asphalting and dust proofing.
They have had bids out and they will proceed as soon as
school is out. They have made some changes in the parking

FUTURE PLANNING - Zoning Officer Lee spoke on the
importance of having a clear and ComDrehensive ordinance
in* the method of legal enforcements procedures and presen-
tations of evidence. The clarity of the ordinance is important
to enforcement. Definitions should not be left all that
encompassing. He discussed the importance of planning goals
for tomorrow, stressing the point that the last Planning
Studies made by the City of Muskego were don prior to 1963,
20 years ago He stated that the Commission is so involved
in administration of the Zoning Ordinance that it fails to
put the time and effort into the planning, as necessary.
COMMUNICATIONS
Hearing for Conditional Use for Payne & Dolan and State
The Recording Secretary read notice that the Public

21, 1983 at 7 45 P ,M.
The Recording Secretary also read notice that the
Public Hearing for Rezoning on Dale Dawson property is
scheduled for The Common Council on June 28, 1983, at
7 25 P.M. The Plan Commission will review this resolution
at their June 21 meeting.
Mr. Arrowood stated that Bohrer's Rental Service on
Janesville Road has it's sign hanging in the air by rope.
The permanent sign has not been installed.
Mr Constantineau questioned why the 100' police
department tower has not been taken down. Zoning Officer
Lee stated that they intend to take it down
