PLAN COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 19, 1983
CITY HALL
Mayor Salentine called the meeting to order at 8 04 P.M
PRESENT: Chairman Wayne Salentine, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Richard Arrowood, Ald Charles Colburn, Les COnStantineaU and
Laura Kilb. Zoning Officer Gerald Lee was also present.
ABSENT^ Jack Schmidt
~IINIJTES: Ald Colburn moved to approve the minutes of the
April 5, 1983 meeting. Seconded by Mr. Constantineau, rt?Otion
carried.
OLD BUSINESS:
RICHARD NEINECKE - It was noted that the Common Council
had referred Meinecke's request for legal lot status back to the Plan Commission for further review. Since Mrs. Meinecke had
called to advise they would not pursue the matter at this time,
the Plan Commission did not act further, and made no arr.endment
to their former recommendation to deny legal status.
e ORDINANCE #455 - The Common Council referred this Ordinance
Code back to the Plan Conmission for further review because of
to Amend Chapter 17, Sections 2.02, 3.06 and 6.04 of the Municipal
concerns regarding hard surfacing and dust-proofing regulations.
Discussion followed regarding Muskego Transport, and it was noted
that the Plan Commission had authority over site approval, and
given to Muskego Transport. It was the determination of the

KOSOBUCKI BROS. - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
moved for adopt$on Mr. Constantineau seconded the motion.
Mr. Kosobucki advised this was the 4th lot created from this
parcel, and that a permit had been obtained for a mound system.
Upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
KENNETH ZBILICKI - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
SIP. C. 51-83
moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion, and upon a
roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
