MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 1, 1983
CITY HALL
Mayor Salentine called the meeting to order at 8 :02 i.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Wayne Salentine, Secretary Edward 'Raimann,
Laura Kilb. Zoning Officer Gerald Lee was also present.
Richard Arrowood, Ald. Charles Colburn, Les Constant+eau, and
ABSENT ~ Jack Schmidt
MINUTES^ Ald. Colburn moved to approve the minutes of the
February 15, 1983 meeting. Seconded by Mr. Arrowood,' motion
carried.
NEW BUSINESS

"THE COTTAGE" - The Recording Secretary read Res'olution
-83, Recommendation to Terminate Conditional, Use Grant
854 - Former "The Cottage" Tavern. Mr Constantineau moved for
removal of the conditional use grant would have no affect on the
adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion. Mr. Lee noted that
OHS zoning, and a petition could be submitted in the future for
consideration of a conditional use grant for another &avern.
Lpon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.'

moved for adoption. Mrs Kilb seconded the motion, and upon a
roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.

LAKE MEADOWS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
Temporary Sign (Kelsey and Victoria Dr.) Mr. Raimann:moved for
- , Approval of Extension of Time - Lake Meadows
adoption. Mr. Constantineau seconded the motion, and'upon a
roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
HENRY A. HERDEMAN - The Recording Secretary read' Resolution
#P. C. 30-83, Recommending Acquisition of Drainage Easement.
Mr Arrowood-moved for adoptidn. Mr. Constantineau seconded the
motion Mayor Salentine requested permission to abstain from
voting on this matter, and explained the history of the drain
tile through the Herdeman property. Upon a roll call vote, the
motion carried unanimously, with Mayor Salentine abstaining.
BASS BAY SEWERS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution IP. C 31 - 83 , Recommending Acquisition of Easements -,Bass Bay Sewer Project - TID #4. Mrs. Kilb moved for adoption: Mr.
Constantineau seconded the motion. Mr. Lee reviewed the easements

ElDORADO RETREAT - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
Boat Livery - ElDorado Retreat. Ald. Colburn moved for adoption.
#P. C. 33-83, Approval of Building, Site and Operational Plans -
Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion. The proposal presented by Mr.
Glaubitz was read. Upon a roll call vote the motion carried
unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT Mr. Raimann moved to adjourn at 8 44 P.M. Mrs.
Kilb seconded the motion, and the motion carried.
