PLAN COMMISSION
MINUTES OF KEETING HELD FEBRUARY 1, 1983

Mayor Salentine called the meeting to order at 8 00 P.M.

PRESENT Chairman Wayne Salentine, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Charles Colburn, Laura Kilb and Jack Schmidt. Zoning
Officer Gerald Lee was also present.
ABSENT: Les Constantineau and Richard Arrowood
MINUTES: Mr. Schmidt moved for approval of the minutes of the
January 18, 1983, meeting. Seconded by Mr. Raimann, motion
carried.
It was noted that Resolution #P. C. 15-83 should be added to
the agenda, and that the resolutions would be acted on out of
order to acconmodate those present.
NEW BUSINESS.
LAUREL KAEBISCH - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
SIP. C. 8-83. ADproval of Sketch for Land Division. Mr. Schmidt
moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion. Mr. Lee
a 60 acre parcel which would continue to be farmed. He added explained that this division would create a 40 acre parcel and
that an amendment was being proposed to the Land Division Ordin-
ance which would permit the Plan Commission to waive the
certified survey map requirement when the division creates
parcels of at least 20 acres in area and not intended for develop-
ment. Upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
KEN ZBILICKI - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
#P. C. 9-83, Denial of Sketch for Land Division. Mr. Raimann
moved for adoption. Mr. Schmidt seconded the motion. Mr. Lee
reported that a previous division of this property had been denied,
and that a report from Ruekert and Mielke at that time requested
a proposed dwelling because the parcel is located in a flood plain.
