PLAN COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 16, 1982 CITY HALL
Mayor Salentine called the meeting to order at 8 02 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Wayne Salentine, Ald. Charles Colburn,
Les Constantineau, Laura Kilb and Jack Schmidt. Zoning Officer
Gerald Lee was also present.
ABSENT. Secretary Edward Raimann and Richard Arrowood
MINUTES Ald. Colburn moved to approve the minutes of the
prevlous meeting of October 19, 1982. Seconded by Mr. Constan-
tineau, motion carried.

adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion. Mr. Constantineau
expressed concern about the meaning of "dust-free condition"
and Mr. Lee stated a report would follow. Upon a roll call
vote the motion carried unanimously.
It was noted that Resolutions #P. C. 114-82 and #P. C. 118-82
were removed from the agenda.

motion. Several commissioners felt that this corner parcel
wasn't a good place for residential zoning. Zoning Officer Lee
explained the history of previous business zoning and noted
that when the property hadn't been used for business, it was
rezoned to residential and several residences built adjacent

ASPHALT REQUIREMENTS - Zoning Officer Lee presented his
report dated November 16, 1982, giving the history regarding

Mayor Salentine reported the Common Council had determined
that no funds would be available in 1983 for Planning Consultant
services, and had discontinued the services of the planner
