and Zoning Officer Lee were also present.

and Land Division~Ordinance was on the floor for di&ussion.
The am+dment to Section 6.07 Extractive Operations was read
and discussed. Mr. Retzlaff, operator of the State Sand &
Gravel loperation I expressed concern regarding the proposed bond
requirement for the operator. Planning Consultant Mangiamele
suggestled a meeting with Mr. Retzlaff and the staff be held to discuss this matter further.
