RE: Medical Clinic Proposal

Dear Mayor and Plan Commissioners:
The Site and Operational Plans for the proposed hskego Internal Medicine
Associates has been reviewed from a planning standpoint. As the existing
Bank buildingto the East of this project is parallel to Janesville Road and
a8 buildings parallel to each other and to the road produce preceived order,
it is recommended that the new clinic be oriented parallel to the road,
As there is no advantage to providing parking to the front of this building,
it would have been preferred that the parking be located to the rear of the
building. However, as the function of the building is related to an entrance
at the front and off the parking area, a re-orientation of the building might
at this time require some significant re-design. This of course would be
the better of the two solutions.
However, it is still possible to provide the parking at the front, if the
applicant so desires, provided that the parking also be lined up parallel
to the road and the building. The parking should be at least 10 feet from
orientation and still provide for fubseexpansion as indicated on the plan.
