PLAN COMMISSION
8 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 2, 1982
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:08 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Richard Arrowood, Laura
Kilb, Jack Schmidt and Walter Spann. Planning Consultant
Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were a-lao present.
ABSENT^ Secretary Edward Raimann and Ald. Robert Klenz
MINUTE% The minutes of the previous meeting of February 2,
1982, were approved as mailed
NEW BUSINESS:
LAKE MEADOWS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
#P. C. 15-82, Approval of Extension of Time, Temporary Sign.
Mr. Spann moved for adoption, Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion.
Mr. Arrowood questioned if 75% development meant 75% of lots
sold or 75% built upon. The question will be researched and
reported on at *he next meeting. Upon a roll call vote the
motion carried unanimously.

ROBERT F. LINDNER - The Recording Secretary read Resolution

ZONING AND LAND DIVISION ORDIKANCE AMENDMENTS - The Recording
Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 17-82, Recommending Amendments to
Zoning Ordinance and Land Division Ordinance. Mr. Spann moved
for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion. Discussion
followed concerning proposed changes in the overlay for duplex
(OD) district Planning Consultant Mangiamele presented his
report dated March 2, 1982. Mayor Gottfried reported that the
