PCM19820105CITY OF MUSKEGO PIAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 5, 1982 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:37 P.M. PRESENT^ Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann, Richard Arrowood, Ald. Robert Klenz, Jack Schmidt and Walter Spann. Zoning Officer Gerald Lee was also present. ABSENT. Laura Kilb and Planning Consultant Mangiamele MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of December 15, 1981 were read by the Recording Secretary and approved as read. Resolutions #P. C. 4-82 through #P. C. 10-82 were removed from the agenda (Amending Project Plans for Tax Incremental Districts). OLD BUSINESS MEINERZ PROPERTY - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 99-81, Approval of Revised Sketch for Land Division, which was on the floor for discussion. It was noted that prior neighborhood sketch was reviewed, and it was determined that to the start of the meeting, Planning Consultant Mangiamele's development of the Miles Meinerz property would more properly be done at the same time the Archie Meinerz property to the south the two lots could be approved at this time with the provision be provided, along with the 140' extension of Dorothy Drive. that a 30' sewer easement along the north lot line of the property 4th paragraph to read, "Be it further resolved that a 30' public Ald. Ald. Klenz moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously. WILDF'LOWER ESTATES - The Recording Secretary read Resolution Development. Mr. Spann moved for adoption. Mr. Schmidt seconded the motion. Ald. Klenz stated that it should be noted that the regarding the status of the zoning of this property, and added Common Council has requested an opinion from the City Attorney that he felt there should be some commercial zoning. Discussion followed, and it was felt that the project plan could be increased later if it seemed feasible that the 1983 deadline could be met. Ald. Salentine and Ray Christianson spoke in favor of additional park acquisition. ADJOURNMENT Mr. Raimann moved to adjourn at 1O:OO P.M. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion, and the motion carried. The road proposal appears ment immediately to the north of this property.
