PCM19811117I CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 17, 1981 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:20 P.M. PRESENT^ Chairman Jerome J.Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann, Richard Arrowood, Laura Kilb, Ald. Robert Klenz, Jack Schmidt and Walter Spann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Deputy Inspector Dan Nowak were also present. I MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of November 3, 981, were approved as mailed. I NEW BUSINESS: J & B BUILDING - The Recording Secretary read Resolution BP. C. 95-81, Clarification of Resolution Approving Building, Site and Operational Plans - J & B Building, Tess Corners Indus- trial Park-. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption: Hr. Spann seconded the motion. A letter dated November 12, 1981 from Bernhard Schreib was read. Mr. Spann moved to amend the resolution by changing all reference to a "sanitary dump facility" to a and upon a voice vote the motion carried unanimously. Upon a roll call vote Resolution #P. OAK MEADOWS LITIGATION - Mayor Gottfried reported that a preliminary plat and the developer has taken the position that this matter is in court on the basis that we refused to approve that action was arbitrary and capricious. The court has indi- cated it might be possible to negotiate a settlement. Two proposals by the developer were presented showing smaller lots with a planned unit development approach.
