MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 3, 1981
CITY HALL
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:03 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Secretary Edward
Raimann, Ald. Robert Klenz, Jack Schmidt and Walter Spann.
Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Deputy Inspector
Dan Nowak were also present.
ABSENT: Richard Arrowood and Laura Kilb
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of October 20,
981, were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS :
#P. C. 91 81 - , Approval of Sketch for Land Division. Mr. Raimann RAY WALLNER - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
moved for adoptibn. Mr. Spann seconded the motion, and upon a
roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
MUSKEG0 NURSING HOME - The Recording Secretary read
Resolution #P. C. 92 - 81 . Amroval of Addition to Muskego
Nursing Home. Ald. Klenz moved for adoption. Mr. Schkdt
seconded the motion. It was noted that no additional patient rooms would be added. Upon a roll call vote the motion carried
unanimously.

ROBERT J. JOHNSON - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
SIP. C. 93-81, Approval of Accessory Building. Mr. Spann moved
for adoption. Mr. Schmidt seconded the motion. Mr. Johnson
stated the building would be used for storage and a workshop,
that it might be somewhat smaller than proposed, and agreed that
within the 50' offset required for that purpose. Upon a roll
it would not be used to house livestock or poultry because it is
