at 8:lO P.M. d called the meeting to order
PRESENT: Secretary Edward Raimann, Richard Arrowood, Ald.
Robert Klenz, Jack Schmidt and Walter Spann. Planning Con-
sultant Joseph Mangiamele and Deputy Inspector Dan Nowak were
also present.
ABSENT^ Mayor Gottfried and Laura Kilb
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of October 6,
1981 were approved as mailed.
OLD BUSINESS :
MEINERZ PROPERTY - Resolution #P. C. 79-81 (As Amended) -
Approval of Sketch'. for Land DivisfLon. Deferred from 10/6/81
mikting. Because of the submittal of a revised sketch'and
a new resolution on the agenda, Mr. Schmgdt moved to table
motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion Eo Table carried
Resolution SIP. C. 79-81 (As Amended). Mr. Raimann seconded the
unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
MEINERZ PROPERTY - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
C. 88 - 81 , Approval of Revised Sketch for Land Division.
Spann moved for adoption. Mr. Schmidt seconded the motion.
Mr. Meinerz stated that he was considering a relocation of the
proposed road reservation, and withdrew the revised sketch.
Ald. Klenz moved to Table Resolution #P. C. 88-81. Mr. Raimann
seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion to
Table carried unanimously.
RAY WALLNER - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
Land Division. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Mr. Spann secon-

ROBERT GUMIENY - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
Ald. Klenz moved for adoption. Mr. Spann seconded the motion.
#P. C. 90-81, Architectural Approval to Move Garage into City.
Upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
Mr. Spann moved for reconsideration of #P. C. 90-81 in
order to amend the resolution to include the condition that
buildings on the property. Mr. Schmidt seconded the motion.

Mr. Nowak indicated that by architecturally approving the

TIF - Mr. Seegar Swanson, Jr., financial consultant,
presented a list of the recommended changes to the Tax Increment
Financing Project Plan, which had been obtained from the depart-
ment heads. He requested that the Plan Commission review the
proposed changes. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday,
November 17, 1981 at 7 00 P.M. to obtain input from the public.
After the public hearing, an Amended Project Plan will be sub-
mitted to the Common Council which will include input from the
department heads, Plan Commission and the public.

to obtain money from savings and loans to install these improve-

Mr. Swanson also requested the Plan Commission to give
RECYCLING PLANT - It was noted that the New Berlin Plan
Commission had recommended denial of the request of Town and
Country to construct a recycling plant at tGe intersection of
College and Racine Avenues.
PROPOSED SEWER SERVICE AREA - It was noted that a public hearina would be held on Tuesday. November 3, 1981, at 7:OO P.M.
to obtain public reaction to th&Proposed Sanitary~Sewer Service
Area boundaries derived through meetings between the City Plan
Commission and SEWRPC. Mayor Gottfried will chair the hearing,
and SEWRPC will make the presentation.
DURHAM MEADOWS ADDN. NO. 1 - It was noted that Planning
Consultant Mangiamele would present his report on the revised
residents in the Durham Meadows subdivision would be invited to
sketch at the November 3rd Plan Commission meeting, and that all
attend an informal hearing.
ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Raimann moved to adjourn at 9 40 P.M. Mr.

Drive in its proposed extension. However, the request is only for the two
Northerly lots on both sides of the proposed extension of Dorothy Drive. In
order to keep the public sewer easement clear and to provide ample building
space, it is suggested that these two lots be made 140' in width and the 30'
sewer easement form the side yard requirement for building purposes.
It is also recommended that the certified survey indicate that all four of
