PCM19811006CITY OF MUSKEG0 PLAN COMllISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 6, 1981 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:14 P.M. PRESENT^ Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Richard Arrowood, Laura Kilb, Ald. Robert Klenz and Jack Schmidt. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of September 15, 1981, were approved as mailed. OLD BUSINESS : MEINERZ PROPERTY - Ald. Klenz moved to reconisder Reso- lution #P. C. 79-81 (As Amended). Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion, and upon a voice vote the motion carried. Zoning Officer Lee reported that since action was taken on this resolution, the City Engineers have presented several different routes for through this division. Mr. Arrowood moved to refer this matter the proposed sewer interceptor , with the preferred route going to Planning Consultant Mangiamele to report at the next meeting. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion, and upon a voice vote the motion carried. NEW BUSINESS^ #P. C. 82 81 and Verna Delikat, Town of Norway. Mr. Schmidt moved for DELIKAT DIVISION - The Recording Secretary read Resolution - , Approval of Certified Survey Map - Orrin, George adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously DELIKAT DIVISON - The Recording Secretary read Resolution BP. C. 83-81, Approval of Certified Survev MaD - Orrin. Georee and Verna Delikit, Town of Norway, by titie only. Mr. 'Arrowgod moved for adoption. Mr. Schmidt seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote themotion carried unanimously. COUILLARD LEGAL LOT STATUS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution SIP. C. 84 - 81 Status - Carol Couillard, Muskego Shores. Ald. Khnz moved for , Recommendation to Approve Legal Lot adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion. Mayor Gottfried stated that ordinarily legal lot status for a lot of this size would not be approved, but in this case there is an existing dwelling on this property which they plan to tear down and re- build, so we.'re not really allowing an additional home on a substandard lot. It was noted Mrs. Couillard owns one lot and her mother owns the adjoining lot. Upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Page 2 - Plan Commission October 6, 1981 DURHAM MEADOWS ADDN. NO. 1 - The Recording Secretary read Resolution SIP. C. 85 - 81 , Referral to Planning Consultant - Revised Sketch, Mrs. Kilb moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the moti,on carried unanimously. J & B BUILDING - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 86 81 J & B Building, Tess Corners Industrial Park. Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mr. Schmidt seconded the motion. Mr. Lee building, with the first phase being 100 x 60. A 40' x 60' reported that this building is the first phase of a multi-phase area has been leased to a recreational vehicle repair service, with the remaining area not yet leased. Upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously. - , Approval of Building, Site and Operational Plans, WIESELMANN LAND DIVISION - The Recording Secretary read Resolution SIP. C. 81-81, Approval of Certified Survey Map - Art Wieselmann. Ald. Klenz moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously. COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS PROPOSED SEWER SERVICE AREA - Mr. Art Bostater requested revision of the delineation of the sewer service boundaries in Town of Norway has taken a firm stand against extension of the the Lake Denoon area. Mayor Gottfried advised him that the sewer service area, and that the map presented by SEWRPC is correct. ADJOURNMENT^ Mr. Arrowood moved to adjourn at 8 47 P.M.
