PLAN COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 4, 1981
CITY HALL
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:30 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Richard Arrowood, Ald.
Robert Klenz and Walter Spann. Planning Consultant Joseph
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
ABSENT Secretary Edward Raimann, Laura Kilb and Jack Schmidt
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of July 21, 1981
were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS :
KOSOBUCKI BROS. - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
#P. C. 68 81
Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mr. Spann seconded the motion,
and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
- , Denial of Sketch for Land Division (two parcels).

TOM FERGUSON - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
of Road Reservation, NE 114 Section 5. Mr. Arrowood moved for
adoption. Mr. Spann seconded the motion, and upon a roll call
vote the motion carried unanimously.

JAMES KINDLER - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
#P. C.70-81, Architectural Approval of Second Garage Structure.
Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Nr. Spann seconded the motion,
and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
ENVIRONMEmAL CORRIDORS - The Recording Secretary read Reso-
lution #P. .C. 71 - 81 , Approval of Proposed Environmental Corridors
and Sewer Service Areas. Mr. Spann moved for adoption. Ald.
Klenz seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion
carried unanimously.

It was noted that a public hearing would be held in New Berlin
plant at the northeast corner of College and Racine, on September 14th.
