NINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 21, 1981

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8 25 P.M
PRESENT Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Richard Arrowood, Laura Kilb, Ald. Robert Klenz and Jack Schmidt

MINUTES The minutes of the previous meeting of July 7, 1981
PERSONAL APPEARANCE:
BRUCE RUBIN, SEWRPC - Mr. Rubin presented revised Environ-
mental Corridor and Proposed Sewer Service Area Maps to the year
2000. He advised that as a result of many meetings held by the
Plan Commission many suggestions were made. They are now ready
to publish 10 or 12 copies of their report with all of the changes
which the Commission can use for the necessary public hearing
map indicates the updated corridors and the areas that are suited
showing the sewer service areas. He further advised the revised

would send a recommended format and prepare a preliminary draft

Survey &p. Mr. Arrowood moved for adoptibn. Mrs. Kilb seconded

Resolution #P C. 66-81, Architectural Approval of Boathouse.
It was determined by the Conunission that any boathouse in excess
of 120 sq. ft. needs approval by the Plan Commission as a second
arage etructure. It was also noted that it will be necessary
for Mr. Cozington to request a variance from the height restric-
tion from the Board of Appeals. Upon a roll call vote the motion
to adopt #P. C. 66-81 carried unanimously.
