PLAN COMMISSION
NINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 7, 1981
CITY HALL
Kayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:29 P.M. follow-
a presentation by representatives of the Wisconsin Soil Con-
servation Service and SEWRPC regarding alternatives and
approaches on developing guideiines on erosion control.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Laura Kilb, Ald.
Robert Klenz, Jack Schmidt, Ed Raimann, Richard Arrowood and
r Walter Spann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and
Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of June 16, 1981,
were approved as mailed,
NEW BUSINESS
JAMES KOWALKOWSKI - The Acting Recording Secretary read
Operational Plans. Ald. Klenz moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood
Resolution #P. C. 58-81, Approval of Building, Site and
adjacent to the south lot line had expressed concern there
seconded the motion. Zoning Officer Lee advised the neighbors
proposed use of the building as a plumbing warehouse. Mr.
could possibly be some outside storage in connection with the
Kowalkowski, who was present at the meeting, assured the
commissioners there would be no outside storage. Ald. Klenz
suggested.that shrubs or pine trees planted on the south lot
line would possibly eliminate any problems Mr. Raimann moved
to amend Resolution #P. C. 58-81 by addlng the following
paragraph: "Be it resolved that this approval is subject to

the understanding there would be no outside storage". Mr.
amend carried. Upon a roll call vote the motion to adopt
Resolution BP. C. 58-81, As Amended, carried unanimously.
MARLAN MEADOWS TEMPORARY SIGN - The Acting Recording
Secretary ~ read Resolution #P. C 59-81, Approval of Extension
of Time. Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mr. Schmidt seconded
the motion. Upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously
KOSOBUCKI BROS. - The kting Recording Secretary read
Resolution #P. C. 66-81, Referral to Planning Consultant -
Sketch for Land Division Mr Raimann moved for adoption. Mr.
adopt Resolution #P. C. 60-81 carried.
Spann seconded the motion Upon a voice vote the motion to

THOMAS FERGUSON - The Acting Recording Secretary read
Resolution QP. C. a-81. Referral to Planning Consultant -
Request to Vacate Road Reservation. Mrs. Kilb moved for
adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion. Upon a roll
call vote the motion carried unanimously.
DURHAM MEADOWS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - The Acting
Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 62-81 - Recommenda-
tion to Schedule Public Hearing to Consider Addition to
Durham Meadows Planned Unit Development. Mr. Spann moved
for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion, and upon a
roll calI vote the motion carried unanimously.

Mr. Schmidt seconded the motion, and the motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT - Mr. Raimann moved to adjourn at 8:46 P.M.
