MINUTES 0F.MEETING HELD MARCH 17, 1981

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:lO P.M
Laura Kilb, Ald. Wayne Salentine, Jack Schmidt and Walter
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Richard Arrowood,
Spann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning
Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
ABSENT. Secretary Edward Raimann
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of March 3,
1981 were approved as nailed.
OLD BUSINESS :
ROLFSONIUPFIELD - The Recording Secretary read Resolu-
tion :iP C. 9-81, Approval of Certified Survey Map - City of
Muskego/Town of Noway, which had been deferred -Zoning-
Officer Lee reported he had met with Mr. Plate and he indi-
cated the owners would agree to the 80' dedication of Denoon
Road as requested by the City. ELr. Arrowood moved to amend
the last paragraph of the resolution to replace "proper" with
"80 ft.". Mr. Schmidt seconded the motion, and upon a voice
vote the motion to amend carried. Upon a roll call vote the
motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. 9-81 (As Amended) carried
unanimously. 0
ROLFSON/WFIELD - Resolution CP. C. 10-81. Approval of
Certified Survey Map - Town of Norway was on the floor. Mr.
Arrowood moved to amend the last paragraph to replace proper"
with "80 ft.". Mr. Schmidt seconded the motion, and upon a
voice vote the motion to amend carried. Upon a roll call vote
the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. 10-81 (As Amended)
carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
