Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:OO P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Richard Arrowood, Laura
Kilb, Ald. Wayne Salentine, Jack Schmidt and Walter Spann.
Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald
Lee were also present.
ABSENT: Secretary Edward Raimann
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of February 17,
981 were approved as mailed.
OLD BUSINESS
ROLFSON/DPFIELD - Zoning Officer Lee reported that

Zoning Officer Lee reported that this would be the last possible
division in Block 13 of the Jewel Crest Subdivision. He added
that under Section 2.5 of the Land Division Ordinance, the Plan
Commission can approve a variance from Section 7.0. He stated
the surveyor had found a 4' discrepancy in the recorded plat
along Gold Drive and divided that among the properties along
that street from Onyx to Diamond. It was determined that It
would be more desirable to create one non-conforming lot and one
conforming lot than to split the variance requested over the two
lots, and that the portion with the existing dwelling should be
the non-conforming parcel, as shown on the site plan.
Ald Salentine moved to adopt Resolution BP. C. 13-81 to
