MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEPBER 2, 1980
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8 05 P.M.
PRESENT^ Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Secretary Edward
and Jack Schmidt. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and
Raimann, Richard Arrowood, Laura Kilb, Ald. Wayne Salentine
Deputy Zoning Officer Dan Nowak were also present.

MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of November 18,
980 were approved as mailed.

tion $P. C. 115-80, Approval of Landscape Plan. Mr. Arrowood
moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded' the motion, and upon a
roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.

seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion

PLANNER'S REPORT
PROPOSED REZONINGS - Planning Consultant Mangiamele pre-
sented his report dated November 28. 1980 concerning the Dossible
rezoning of the Luedtke, Wollman, Diekfuss and Kurtg propirties
in the Tess Corners area from RS-3, B-3, B-4 and RS-A to RS-2.
Mr. Wollman and Mr. Diekfuss were present and expressed some
concerns regarding the change. Further discussion will continue
at another meeting.
ADJOLRNMENT~ Mr. Raimann moved to adjourn at 8:35 P.M. Mr.
Arrowood seconded the motion, and the motion carried.
