Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:45 P.M.

and Walter Spann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and

PERSONAL APPEARANCE:
Mr. Bruce Rubin, Chief Land Use Planner and Mr. Jerry Emnerich,
Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (SEWRPC)
were present to respond to several issues raised by the Plan
Commission regarding Environmental Corridors and the Proposed
Sewer Service Area.
Mr. Rubin again briefly explained SEWFTC's criteria for establishing
the corridors and stated that additional meetings between SEWRPC
and City officials would be necessary to reach an agreement.
Discussion by the Plan Commission will continue at the next
meeting in order to determine what recommendations should be made
to SEWRPC.
