PCM19800819CITY OF MUSKEG0 PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 19, 1980 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:OO P.M. PRESENT: Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann, Richard Arrowood, Ald. Wayne Salentine, Jack Schmidt and Walter Spann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. ABSENT: Laura Kilb MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of August 5, 1980, were approved as mailed. NEW BUSINESS: THE REEF - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 77 - 80 , Recomending Termination of Conditional Use Grant #26 - The Reef Tavern. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion. It was noted that the necessary public hearing was held just prior to this meeting. Upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously. 0 BILL LARSON - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 78 - 80 , Approval of Second Garage Structure. Mr. Spann moved for adoption Mr. Schmidt seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously. #P. C. /Y 80 - .
