MINUTES OF MEETING HELD May 6, 1980

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:08 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Secretary Edward
Raimann, Richard Arrowood, Laura Kilb and Ald. Wayne Salentine.
Zoning Officer Gerald Lee was also present.

MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of April 15,
980 were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS:
Resolution #P. C. 32-80, Architectural Approval of Second
Garage Structure. Ald Salentine moved for adoption. Mr.
Raimann seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the
motion carried unanimously.

American Eagle Manor, Town of Waterford. Mr. Arrowood moved

MOORLAND ROAD EXTENSION - Zoning Officer Lee presented a
map showing additional alternatives for the extension of Moorland
Road. The commission still favors Alternate A, with the City
of New Berlin in favor of Alternate D, which intersects with
Hwy. 24 at Tess Corners Drive.
