MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 15, 1980

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:05 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome J. Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Richard Arrowood, Laura Kilb, Ald. Wayne Salentine and Walter
Spann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
Gerald Lee were also present.
ABSENT: Fred Lavey
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of December 18,
1979 were approved as mailed.

PLANNER'S REPORT
PROPOSED LAKE DENOON PARKWAY - Planning Consultant Mangiamele
presented several colored sketches showing the proposed park and

LASSA LOT -. Several persons present were advised that .the

a public hearing set for Tuesday, February 19, 1980 at 7 30 P.M.
PROPOSED REZONINGS - Discussion was held regarding the
possible rezoning of the area now zoned RS-3 in Section 10 and 11
to RS-2; consideration of the-B-~3 and B-4 zoning on Hwy. 24 at
the location of the former belt freeway; consideration of the
RSM zoning on Hwy. 24 east of Racine Ave; and, the OLR zoning
on the Dandilion Park property; and other business districts
along Hwy. 24. Further discussion will take place at the next
meeting.
ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Raimann moved for adjournment at 9:25 P.M.
Seconded by Mr.. Spann, motion carried.
