Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 6:55 P.M.

PRESENT^ Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Richard Arrowood, Laura Kilb, Ald. Wayne Salentine and Walter
Spann. Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee
were also present.
ABSENT: Fred Lavey
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of November 6, 1979
were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS:
PROJECT PLANS - TID - The Recording Secretary read Resolu-
tion #P. C. 175-79, Project Plan - TID #1. Ald. Salentine moved
for adoption. Mr. Spann seconded the motion. Mr. Raimann moved
to amend Resolution #P. C. 175-79 to include all Tax Incremental
Districts 1 thru 7. Mr. Spann seconded the motion, and the
motion to amend carried unanimously upon a voice vote. Upon a

motion. Mr. Raimann expressed concern about outside storage,
not only for this property but for others in the Industrial
Park, and Zoning Officer Lee was requested to follow-up on
letters he has written previously concerning this matter. Upon
a roll call vote the motion to adopt #P. C. 182-79 carried
unanimously.
