PCM19791120CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 20. 1979 0 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 6:55 P.M. , ~~~- PRESENT^ Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann, Richard Arrowood, Laura Kilb, Ald. Wayne Salentine and Walter Spann. Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee were also present. ABSENT: Fred Lavey MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of November 6, 1979 were approved as mailed. NEW BUSINESS: PROJECT PLANS - TID - The Recording Secretary read Resolu- tion #P. C. 175-79, Project Plan - TID #1. Ald. Salentine moved for adoption. Mr. Spann seconded the motion. Mr. Raimann moved to amend Resolution #P. C. 175-79 to include all Tax Incremental Districts 1 thru 7. Mr. Spann seconded the motion, and the motion to amend carried unanimously upon a voice vote. Upon a Amended carried unanimously. At this time, Chairman Gottfried declared a recess in order to hold the public hearing scheduled for 7:OO P.M. on the Proposed Project Plans for TID's 1 thru 7. The Plan Commission meeting reconvened at 10:04 P.M. 0 #P. C. 182 79 - , Approval of Building, Site, Operational and CADE CONSTRUCTION - The Recording Secretary read Resolution " Landscape Plans, Cade Construction; Muskego Business/Industrial Park. Mr. Spann moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion. Mr. Raimann expressed concern about outside storage, not only for this property but for others in the Industrial Park, and Zoning Officer Lee was requested to follow-up on letters he has written previously concerning this matter. Upon a roll call vote the motion to adopt #P. C. 182-79 carried unanimously.
