PFXSENT~ Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Richard Arrowood, Laura Kilb, Fred Lavey, Ald Wayne Salentine and Walter Spann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present ABSENT^ Secretary Ed Raimann MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of September 18, 19/Y were approved as mailed. NEW BUSINESS: ART ZANGERLE - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 146-/9 Mr. Spann moved for adoption. Mr. Lavey seconded the rrotion Planning Consultant Fangiamele presented his report dated October 2, 1979. Plan is submitted it should include the areas to be asphalted Mrs. Zangerle was advised that at the time the Landscape as well as the plantings which will be included to provide the screens required. The conmissioners expressed several con- cerns regarding the landscape plans, and discussion will con- tinue in detail at the time the landscape plan is submitted. the amount of surety bond requested from $10,000 to $20,000 Mr. Arrowood moved to amend the resolution to increase Mr. Spann seconded the rrotion and upon a roll call vote the motion to amend carried unanimously. 146-79 (As Amended) carried unanimously. , Approval of Building, Site and Operational Plans. 0 Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution #P. It was noted that the proposed school building would be in MUSKEGO AUTO BODY - Zoning Officer Lee was requested to give a complete report at the next meeting to determine if the present use would constitute an expansion of conditional use, or to determine if the conditional use grant expired while the glass company was in business as a permitted use. Yhor Gottfried declared a recess at 9 37 P.M. and the meeting 0 reconvened at 9:45 P ,M. - TAX INCREMENT FINANCING - Mr. Seegar Swanson, Jr., financial consultant for the City of Muskego discussed the projects which are proposed for the different TIF districts and the procedures Page 3 - Plan Cotmission October 2, 1979 0 to be followed in establishing the project list. Discussion will be held at the meeting on October 16th to establish the project lists for Districts 1, 2, 3, and 4. ADJOURNMENT: Mrs. Kilb moved to adjourn at 11:08 P M. DATE: October 2, 1979 The Land Division Ordinance of the City of bskego requires all the data required under Section 4.2, Section 7.0 and section 8.0 as that a preliminary map be submitted to the City Plan Commission showing have not been met, it must be assumed that the application is in the required under Section 6.0 Certified.Survey Map.
