PLAN COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 18, 1979
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8 50 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
'Laura Kilb, Fred Lavey, Ald. Wayne Salentine and Walter Spann.
Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
Gerald P. Lee were also present.

MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of Septepber 4,
1979 were approved as mailed.
OLD BUSINESS:
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS - SIGNS - Reconsideration of
Resolution #P. C. 115 /Y

NEW BUSINESS :
e RONALD CASWELL - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
#P. C. 143-79, Approval of Conditional Use Grant - Dog Kennel -
Ronald Ca'swell. Mr Raimann moved for adoption. Mr Spann
seconded the motion. Several commissioners expressed concern
regarding permitting a dog kennel in this area, and acknowledged
the objections raised by neighbors at the public hearing held
just prior to this regular meeting. Ald. Salentine moved to
table Resolution #P. C. 143-79. Mr. Spann seconded the motion,
and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
Resolution #P. C. 145-79, Denial of Conditional Use Grant -
Recording Secretary Mr. Lavey moved for adoption Mrs. Kilb
Dog Kennel - Ronald Caswell, was introduced and read by the

BOHRER'S - Zoning Officer Lee reported that the changeable
