Respectfully submitted, - %mL an Marenda qecording Secretary memo CONSULTANT'S REPORT TO : City of hskego Plan Conmission FROM: Joe Mengiamele, City Planning Consultant SUBJECT: Amann's Beach -- Proposed Land Division -- #P.C. 124-79 DATE : September 4, 1979 Two of the proposed lots shown are fronting on a non-existing public right of way. The road shown along lots 6,7 and 8 is a privateroad. The 14foot strip appears to inapproriately give access to these lots along a 15 foot lake frontage.* As these three lots are not fronting on the lake, it appears that the normal FS-2 zoning should be applied. Lots 2,3,4 and 5 are fronting the lake and therefore would come under OLS; however, there is some doubt as to manner in which the average width has been calculated and should be closely analized if this design were to be accepted. However,in*swedng the design questions raised here, a whole redesign consideration must be made and therefore, it is recommended that this proposed land division be denied in order that more appropriate solu- tions can be devised.
