PLANNING CONSULTANT'S REPORT
TO : City of hskego Plan Commission
FROM: The City Planning Consultant
SUBJECT: Conditional use Expansion - Gerald Loebel
DATE: June 19. 1979
The zoning code states that accessory uses shall'keed
17. of the lot area. As the Zoning Officer's calculations
or the proposed additions and remaining accessory buildings
indicated that the total of existing accessory buildings
exceed the 17. requirement; therefore, the Plan Commission
cannot approve the proposed conditional use expansion as
it would be a violation of the zoning ordinance.
As the expansion of a conditianal use is not in and of itself
considered to be a hardship, it is not likely that the Board
of Appeals should spprove this proposal.
The long range impact of this proposal were it permitted would
be to give permanency to a commercial or industrial-like use
in an Agricultural District that is being used as a residence.
It would appear that the Plan Commission is not permitted
to expand this conditional use under the ordinance, even if
such expansion might both Improve the appearance and value
of the property in question.

PLANNING CONSULTANT'S REPORT
TO : City of &skego Plan Comission
FROM: Joe hngiamele, City Planner
SUBJECT: Oaks of Norway, Addn. 81 P.C. #80 - 79. Final Plat,
DATE : June 19, 1979
As the Final Plat submitted is substanially the same as
the approved preliminary plat, the Plan Commission must
give final approval, in accordance with the Statutes.
However, the staff is concerned about the problem of run-
ning one street into another with a different name. It
is therefore, suggested that the Plan Commission approve
naming as it is likely to cause confusion, especially for
this Final Plat subject to County's resolution of the street
