Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:05 P.M.
PRESENT^ Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Laura Kilb, Fred Lavey, Ald. Wayne Salentine and Walter
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.

ABSENT: Dick Arrowood
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of May 15, 1979
were approved as mailed.
OLD BUSINESS:
WAYNE SLOTTY - Resolution #P. C. 64-79, Architectural
Approval of Second Garage Structure. Deferred from May 15, 1979
meeting to allow com.issioners an opportunity to view the prop-
erty, and for the neighbors to review plans since they had
objected to this structure.
Mr. Slotty presented photographs of similar situations to
objected. Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt #P C. 64-79
the commissioners. The neighbors present stated they still

LAKE MEADOWS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
{IF. C. 74-79, Architectural Approval of Pumphouse Mr. Lavey
moved for adoption. Ald. Salentine seconded the motion, and
upon a roll call vote the motion carried with a vote of 5 "yes"
and 1 "abstain" (Mr Spann arrived during discussion and there-
fore abstained).
ZONING.OFFICER'S REPORTS
no restrictions placed on the parking of vehicles, and that no AUTO'S LTD. - Zoning Officer Lee reported that there were
complaints had been received by the Building Inspection office
The landscaping will be done by Lanb's Nursery and will be
completed in the near future.
PARKING LOT ASPHALT REOUIREMENTS - Zoning Officer Lee
requested that this report be deferred for two weeks.
POLE BARNS IN RESIDENTIAL ZONING - Zoning Officer Lee
reported that he had obtained a copy of the Waukesha Zoning
Ordinance which indicated that the subdivision at the intersec-
tion of Highways F and I is in an Agricultural Zoning, which is
much the same as the City of Muskego's before a recent amendment.
This report was presented in response to a request from Mr.
Raimann to determine what type of zoning would permit subdivi-
sions of this type with large outbuildings allowed.
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS
A petition was received from State Sand and Gravel and Payne and
Dolan for expansion of their conditional use grant for extractive
purposes. A public hearing will be held on July 3, 1979 at
7:45 P.M.

It was noted that the City's financial consultant, Mr. Seegar
Swanson, Jr. would be present at the July 3rd Plan Comission
meeting to present the proposed project list for the Tax Increment
Districts
