PCM19790515CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 15, 1979 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:05 P.M. Mr. Walter Spann was officially welcomed as a new member of.the Plan Commission to replace Wayne Salentine as a citizen member, since Mr. Salentine has been elected Alderman of the 6th District and elected by the Common Council to serve on the Plan Commission as their representative. PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann, Ald. Wayne Salentine, Richard Arrowood, Laura Kilb and Walter Gerald P. Lee were also present. Spann. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer ABSENT^ Fred Lavey MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of May 1, 1979 were approved as mailed. NEW BUSINESS LAKE MEADOWS ADDN. NO. 1 - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 61-79, Approval of Preliminary Plat. Ald. Salentine moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion. Planning Consultant Mangiamele presented his report dated May 15, 1979. Mr. Arrowood stated that the Park Board indicated its desire to develop the Park and that in order to obtain Lawcon funding, the $35,000 set aside by the developer would have to be turned over to the City for development of the park Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt #P. C 61-79 carried unanimously. 0 62-79, Approval of Sketch for Land Division. Mr -Arrowood moved for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously. KEN BORK - The Recording Secretary read Resolution SIP. C. #P. C. 63 79 PUMP & SAVE - The Recording Secretary read Resolution commission has discouraged the use of these A-frame type signs in the past. CHASE MANUFACTURING - Mr. Lee advised that he had written a letter requesting removal of the mounds of tires on the Chase property in Tess Comers. AUTO'S LTD. - Mr. Lee was requested to report on the parking situation at S68 W14276 Gaulke Drive at the next meeting. HERDEMANN - The Recording Secretary read a notice cancelling the public hearing scheduled on May 22, 1979 regarding the rezoning of the Herdemann property because the petition has been withdrawn. POLE BARNS IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS - Mr. Raimann stated he had seen a subdivision in the Tom of Waukesha with approximately 3 acre lots and pole barns permitted.
