MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 1, 1979

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:32 P.M.
Ald Wayne Salentine, Richard Arrowood, Laura Kilb. Planning
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee
were also present.
ABSENT: Fred Lavey
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of April 17, 1979
were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS ~
DON MILLER - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
#P. C. 54-79, Approval of Building, Site, Operational and
Landscaping Plan - Don Miller Office/Warehouse - Muskeeo
Business/Industrial Park. Ald. Salentine moved for adoption.
Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote
the motion carried unanimously.
ST. LEONARD'S CHURCH - The Recording Secretary read Reso-
lution-
Plans Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the

Gottfried stated that the report on the Caesar property would

COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS
Mr. Seegar Swanson. Financial Consultant for the City, was

of Tax Increment Districts. He stated that he would be present
at the June 5th Plan Comission meeting to present a list of
proposed projects In the meantime he will obtain input from
all department heads of the City.

SUBJECT: Development Proposals of Caesar Property - Sketch
Because of the proximity of this land to the lake and probable
impact it will have on the run-off water that feeds into the lake, the pond,
elements of this proposed development need special attention; therefore,
the drainage ditches as well as the open area surrounding these essential
