PRESENT^ Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Rair~ann, Richard Arrowood, Ald. Ed Dumke, Laura Kilb, Fred Lavey and Wayne Salentine. Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoninp Officer Gerald Lee were also present a MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meetinp of March 6, 1979 were approved as mailed. JOHNSON SUBDIVISION - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #E'. C. 32-79, Acknowledging Receipt and Referral to Planning Consultant - Prelircinary Plat. Nr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mrs Kilb seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously. #P. C. 33-79. Recommendation to Approve Legal Lot Status. Mr. RICHARD WITTBROT - The Recording Secretary read Resolution Salentine moved for adoption. Mr-.-Lavey seconded the motion by deleting the last paragraph which placed the condition on the recommendation. Mr. Salentine seconded the motion. Upon a roll call vote the motion to amend carried unanimously. If the existing tavern is to remain as a tavern the means for making it compatible to the proposed residential development also needs to be addressed. Access to existing buildings, their location either near a proposed public road or to the lake itself need to be reviewed in terms of general upgrading of the whole local environment.
