MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 6, 1979
CITY HALL
Prior to the start of the meeting, a film entitled "Street
Graphics" was presented for the benefit of the Plan Comission
and the Chamber of Commerce.
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8 20 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Richard Arrowood, Ald. Ed Dumke, Laura Kilb, Fred Lavey and
Wayne Salentine. Planning Consultant Joseph Manpiamele and
Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of February 20,

RICHARD KNUDSEN - Mr. Knudsen appeared to discuss a
