8 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 6, 1979
CITY HALL
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:08 P.M.
PRESENT Chairman Jerome Gottfried, secretary Edward Raimann, Richard Arrowood, Ald. Ed Dumke (arrived at 8:20 P.M.),
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
Laura Kilb and Wayne Salentine. Planning Consultant Joseph

PERSONAL APPEARANCE:
of Muskego, made a presentation on Tax Increment Financing (TIF)
Mr. Seegar Swanson, Jr., financial planner for the City
and Tax Increment Districts (TID) and also answered questions
regarding same.
Resolution #P. C. 15-79 was introduced, Setting Public
Hearing Date for the Creation of Tax Increment Districts. Mr.
Arrowood moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion,
and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS :
LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES ADDN. NO. 1 - The Recording Secretary
read Resolution #P. C. 7-79. Amroval of Final Plat. Mr. Raimann
moved for adoption. Mr. Salentine seconded the motion. Mayor
Gottfried explained that the Public Sewer Committee did not
object to the plan on the basis that if and when the sewer inter-
ceptor is constructed it could be moved north in order to miss
the plat. Upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
DON SCHROEDER - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
ljP.C.8-79. ADDrOVal of Purchase of Citv Owned Land. Ald. Dumke
moved for.adbption. Mr. Arrowood seconded the motion. It was
noted that Mr. Schroeder will petition for rezoning on the parcel.
The Common Council has indicated that the Rules and Regulations
of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park must be followed. Upon
a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
BOHRER'S MEATS & APPLIANCES - The Recording Secretary read
Resolution 1lP.C. 9-79. ADDrOVa~/DiSaDDrOVal of Amendment to
Sign Approval. Mr. Salehkine moved 'fbr adoption with the word
a letter from Mr. Ronnie Bohrer to the Plan Commission dated
"Approve". Mr. Raimann seconded the motion. The Secretary read

Resolution 1lP.C. 10-79, Acknowledge Receipt and Referral to
Planning Consultant, Zoning Officer and City Engineer - Preliminary
motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
Plat. Mr. Salentine moved for adoption. Ald. Dumke seconded the

and Zoning Officer - Preliminary Plat. Mr. Arrowood moved for

LAKE WAUBEESEE ESTATES - The Recording Secretary read
Resolution #P.C. 12-79. Acknowledge Receipt and Referral to
Planning Consultant - Preliminary-Plat. Mrs. Kilb moved for
adoption. Mr. Salentine seconded the motion, and upon a roll
call vote the motion carried unanimously.
HARBOR POINT - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
#P.C 13-79, Acknowledge Receipt and Referral to Planning
Consultant - Final Plat. Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption.
Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the

MARTIN DRIVE - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
Martin Drive. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Mr. Arrowood
seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion
carried unanimously.
PLANNER'S ,REPORT
FROELICH PROPERTY - Planning Consultant Mangiamele reported
that a meeting had been held with the developer of this property
to discuss the relocation of Tans Drive, location of a proposed

was being made between the Plan Commission sign guidelines and

AGRICULTURAL LAND PRESERVATION PLANNING PROGRAM - Zoning
Officer Lee reported that Waukesha County will now aid the
farms in working with the cities in getting the proper zoning to
be eligible for funds under this program.
