0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 16, 1979 CITY HALL
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:OQ P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Richard Arrowood, Ald Ed Dumke (arrived at 8:20 P.M.), Laura
Kilb and Wayne Salentine. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele
and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present

MINUTES The minutes of the previous meeting of January 2, 1979
were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS
#P. C 5-79, Acknowledging Receipt and Referral to Plannine
Consultant - Final Plat. Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mr.

It was announced that the Architectural Subcommittee will meet with
the Chamber of Commerce to discuss Guidelines for Sign Approval
at City Hall on January 30, 1979 at 7 30 P M.
