PCM19790116CITY OF MUSKEGO PLAN COMMISSION 0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 16, 1979 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:OQ P.M. PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann, Richard Arrowood, Ald Ed Dumke (arrived at 8:20 P.M.), Laura Kilb and Wayne Salentine. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present ABSENT^ Fred Lavey MINUTES The minutes of the previous meeting of January 2, 1979 were approved as mailed. NEW BUSINESS #P. C 5-79, Acknowledging Receipt and Referral to Plannine Consultant - Final Plat. Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mr. THE MEADOWS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution Salentine seconded the motion. Zoning Officer Lee explained the plat, and showed the proposed location of the well sites. Upon changes in the final plat as compared to the approved preliminary a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. HOLIDAY PARK - The Recording Secretary read Resolution Mrs Kilb seconded the motion. It was noted that Bob Gunerman had #P. C. 6-79, Denial of Final Plat Mr. Raimann moved for adoption called to advise the comnissioners that it was their hope that the things found to be deficient with the final plat could be corrected and a revised final plat submitted. City Attorney Buckley's opinion dated January 15, 1979 was presented to the commissioners for their information Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. 6-19 carried unanimously. ZONING OFFICER'S REPORT that according to the approval of the free standing sign, the Bohrer's Meats and Appliances - Zoning Officer Lee reported Lion's Club sign and the changeable letter sign were to be removed. existing TV sign, the Bohrer TV and Appliance sign, the Muskego He reported that the Bohrer TV and Appliance sign still exists, and the changeable letter sign is used in place of one of the modules. Mr Bohrer stated that the sign referred to as the Bohrer TV and Appliance sign is actually the old meat sign that was repainted and reworded. He felt that removing the changeable letter sign fron standing sign in place of a module would be permitted. its free-standing position and placing it on the approved free- Mayor Gottfried stated that a resolution would be introduced at the next meeting for consideration of the signs because the signs present are different than those originally approved.
