PLAN COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 2, 1979
CITY HALL
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8 10 P M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Ald. Ed Dumke (arrived at 8:16 P.M.), Richard Arrowood, Laura
Kilb, Fred Lavey and Wayne Salentine. Planning Consultant
Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of December 19, 1978
were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS ~
STAN ZDANCZEWICZ - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
#P. C. 1-79, Approval of Permit for Dog Kennel. Mr Lavev moved
for adoption. Mr. Arrowood seconded tge motion, and upon- a roll
call vote the motion carried unanimously

MIKE WEHR - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C.
2-79, Approval of Sketch for Land Division. Yr. Raimann moved
for adoption. Mr. Lavey seconded the motion, and upon a roll call
vote the motion carried unanimously.
HOLIDAY PARK - The Recording Secretary read Resolution
BP. C. 3-79, Acknowledging Receipt and Referral to Planning Con-
sultant, Zoning Officer and City Attorney - Holiday Park Final Plat
Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion,
and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.
ZONING DISTRICT MAP AMENDMENTS - The Recording Secretary read
District Map - Sections 31, 32 and 33. Mr. Salentine moved for Resolution #P C. 4-79 - Recommending Amendments to the Zoning
adoption. Mr Lavey seconded the motion.
Mr Robert Duve requested that his property be removed from
the proposed rezoning to RS-2 and that it be rezoned to Ap-icultural.
Mr. Arrowood moved to amend the resolution to have the 4th paragraph read: "WHEREAS it is the opinion of the Plan Commission
the NW 114 of Section 31 west of Crowbar presently zoned R-1 also
that it would be in the best interest of the City that the area in
of Section 32 and the NW 1/4 of Section 33 presently zoned R-1 be
be rezoned to RS-2, and the land owned by Robert Duve in the SE 114
rezoned to Agricultural, and that the area in the Sk' 114 of
Section 33 owned by William Peters presently zoned R-1 be rezoned
to Agricultural 'I; and, to amend the 6th paragraph to read
"THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the areas
in Section 31 which are presently zoned R-1 and R-2 be rezoned
to RS-2; that the area in the NW 1/4 of Section 32 presently zoned
R-2 be rezoned to RS-2; that the area in the SE 114 of Section 32
presently zoned R-1 be rezoned to RS-2, except the Robert Duve
property which shall be rezoned to Agricultural; that the area in
the SW 1/4 of Section 33 presently zoned R-1 and owned by LJ. H.
Peters be rezoned to Agricultural; and that the Robert Duve property
in the 114 Of Section 33 presently zoned R-1 be rezoned to Agricultural." Ald. Dumke seconded the motion. and llnon a voire

COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS
Upon a roll call vote the motion to adopt Resolution #P C.
BOHRER'S - Mr. Arrowood questionedthenumber of signs on
this property. Zoning Officer Lee was requested to research this
matter and present a report at the next reeting.
ADJOURNMENT^ - Mr. Raimann moved for adjournment at 8 55 P.M.
Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion and the notion carried
