MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 19, 1978
CITY HALL I Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8 10 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Richard Arrowood, Ald. Ed Dumke, Laura Kilb and Wayne Salentine.
Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald
Lee were also present.
ABSENT: Fred Lavey
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of December 5,
1978 were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS
SUNSET FARMS ADDN~ NO. 1 - The Recording Secretary read
Resolution #P. C. 217-78, Approval of Final Plat. Mr. Arrowood
moved for adoption Mr. Saientine seconded the motion, and
upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously.

seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion carried

Larson (A. Pipke Fam.). Mr. Salentine moved for adoption.
Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the
motion carried unanimously.
