MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 3, 1978
CITY HALL
Mayor Jerome Gottfried called the meeting to or1 der at 8:08 P,M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Richard Arrowood, Ald. Ed
Dumke, Laura Kilb, Fred Lavey and Wayne Salentine Planning
Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee were also present.
ABSENT: Secretary Edward Raimann
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of September 19,
1978 were approved as mailed.
Mayor Gottfried advised that Resolution #P C. 176-78 - Approval
of "Guidelines for Sign Approval" should be removed from nbw
business and added under miscellaneous business. Also, Resolu-
tion #P. C 177-78 - Approval/Disapproval of Accessory Building,
Alvin Schaefer, should be added to the agenda.
OLD BUSINESS
PHILIP PRICE - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C.
164-73, Approval of Second Garage Structure, which is on the floor,
having been deferred from the September 19th meeting in order to
allow the commissioners an opportunity to view the site.

PLANNING CONSULTANT'S REPORTS
GUENTHER'S CREEK ESTATES - Planning Consultant Mangiamele
presented his report dated October 3, 1978. The report from
Waukesha County Park and Planning voicing objection'to the pre-
liminary plat was read by the Recording Secretary. It was noted
that a 30 day extension of time for approval was received from
the developer.
CAESAR PROPERTY REZONING - Planning Consultant Mangiamele

COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS
0 GUIDELINES FOR SIGN APPROVAL - The Chamber of Commerce has
requested that the guidelines not be approved until a special
committee which they have formed has an oDDortunitv to review
them further. The architectural sub-committee has- suggested
