MEMO
TO : The City of hskego Plan Commission
FROM: J.F. Mangiamele, City Planner
SUBJECT: THE MEADOWS (PUD) Potrykus
-
The planner's main concern relates to the circulation pattern of the street
would eleminate a great deal of confusion caused by the forccdcurve system
system. It appears that a straigth forward approach to the street layout
--which is but a slightly modified grid pattern. Cul-de-sacs could remain
and serve their purpose, if most of the curves were removed.
The plat is pretty much a straight subdivision with the exceptiorrthe PUD
does become a device for dedicating a required drainageway.
A great deal of confusion and lost hours could be avoid if a plan similar
to the one indicated by the planner could be adopted.
