PLAN COMMISSION
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 18, 1978
CITY HALL
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:02 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Richard Arrowood, Ald. Ed Dumke, Laura Kilb and Wayne Salentine.
Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Deputy Zoning Officer
Dan Nowak were also present.
ABSENT: Fred Lavey
were approved as mailed.
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of June 20, 1978
NEW BUSINESS :
STATE SAND € GRAVEL - A public hearing was held just prior
to this Plan Commission meeting to consider the petition for
renewal of Condi.tiona1 Use Grant #37 to permit continued m.inj.ng
and processing of sand and gravel.
The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 100-78,
Pr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the
Recommendation to Renew Extractive Permit, State Sand E Gravel.

ELMER TINTI - The RecordinE Secretary read Resolution
#P. C. 101-78, Recormendation to Approve Legal Status - Elmer
Tinti. Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Ald. Dunke seconded
the motion.

(Vesbach Property). Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb
seconded the motion, and upon a roll call. vote the motion carried

MOORLAND ROAD EXTENSION - Mayor Gottfried reported that
a centerline had been established by Waukesha County for Poor-
land Road Extension, which would put it just east of the First
