MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 7, 1978

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:23 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Richard Arrowood, Ald. Ed Dumke (arrived 8:27 P.M.), Laura Kilb,
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present.

MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of February 21,
1978 were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS :
LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES ADDN. NO. 1 - The Recording Secretary
read Resolution #P. C. 25-78, Referral to Planning Consultant -
Sketch for Lake Brittany Estates Addn. No. 1. Mr. Lavey moved

Plannine Consultant Mangiamele's reports dated March 7, 1978
on the W. A. Retzlaff Land Division, M. Clifford Young Rezoning,
and Valley Square Preliminary Plat were received by the commissioners
and placed on file.

DEVELOPMENT PLAN - KURTH, DIEKFUSS, WOLLMATI PROPERTY -
