This may present some problems if the development were fully developed and many years would-lapse before..the second road connection' were made. This subdivision has been reviewed and appearsacceptable from As neither governmental body has control over the timing of the development, little can be done about this matter. However, as the layout recommendations. is acceptable, it is recommended for approval subject the City Engineer's J.F. Mangiamele City Planning Consultant .
