Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:50 P. M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann,
Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald
Richard Arrowood, Ald. Ed Dumke, Laura Kilb and Wayne Salentine.
Lee were also present.
ABSENT: Fred Lavey
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of December 6, 1977,
were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS -
159-77, Architectural Approval of Second Garage Structure. Mr. Raimann
moved for adoption. Mr. Salentine seconded-the motion and upon a
roll call vote, the motion carried unan~imously.
JOHN ZELLMER - The Recording Secretzry read Resolution #P. C.
Approval of Sketch for Land Division. Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption.
Ald. Dumke seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, the motion
carried unanimously.
ED ROSS - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 191-77,
192-77, Approval of-Sketch for Land Division. Mr. Salentine moved
for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion.:and upon a roll call
vote, the-motion carried unanimously.
KOSTKA-KASTELLO - The Recording Secretary--read Resolution #P. C.
ANTHONY MOSER - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C.
193-77, Approval of Certif.ied Surv.ey Map. Mr. Arrowood moved for
adoption. Ald. Dumke seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote,
the motion carried unanimously.
PLAhINING CONSULTANT'S REPORTS
ARTHUR BOSTATER - Planning Consultant Mangiamele presented his
report and recommendation dated December 20, 1977, concerning the
proposed development^ of the Bostater property in the Lake Denoon
area. " ".
