ALFRED BADERTSCHER - The Recording Secretary read

Mrs. Kilb moved for adoption. Mr. Salentine seconded the motion.
Zoning Officer Lee advised that Mr. Badertscher had
advised him that the parcel indicated as Key No. 2190.995 on the
cadastral map is owned by him, however, appears as a separate
parcel on the tax roll; that he will quit claim deed the pzrcel so that it will be included in the remainder of the farm property.

IIIGIWAY WIDTH MAP - Zoning Officer Lee reviewed a
communication dated November 21, 1977, from the Naukesha County
Park E Planning Commission regarding the Glaukesha County Street
and Highway Width Map. He suxgested that the Commission recom-
mend to the Common Council that this map be adopted by the City.
Mayor Gottfried declared recess at 9:30 P. M. and the meeting
reconvened at 9:40 P. M.
TLANNING .. CONSULTANT'S REPORTS
WOLLMAN-KURTH-DIEKFUSS - Planning Consultant Mangiamele
reviewed his report dated December 6, 1977, regarding Rite
Realty's proposed development of the Wollman, Kurth and Diekfuss
properties in Section 2.
