PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann, Ald. Ed-Dumke, Laura Kilb, Fred Lavey and Wayne Salentine. Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. ABSENT: Richard Arrowood MINUTES: The minutes of the prevj.ous meeting of November 15, i977, were approved as mailed. Mr. Salentine moved for adoption. Mr. Lavey seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. DONALD FILLER - The Recordine Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 186-77, Approval of Sketch for Proposed Subdivision. Mr. Lavey moved for adoption. Vr. Raimann seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimcusly. ALFRED BADERTSCHER - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 187-77, Approval of Sketch for Land Division. Mrs. Kilb moved for adoption. Mr. Salentine seconded the motion. Zoning Officer Lee advised that Mr. Badertscher had advised him that the parcel indicated as Key No. 2190.995 on the cadastral map is owned by him, however, appears as a separate parcel on the tax roll; that he will quit claim deed the pzrcel so that it will be included in the remainder of the farm property. 187-77 carried unanimously. Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. 0 VALLEY SQUARE - The Recording Secrerary read Resolution #P. C. 188-77, Denial of Preliminary Plat. Mr. Salentine moved for adoution. Ald. Dumke seconded the motion and uuon a roll call vbte, the motion carried unanimously. HOLIDAY PARK - The Recording-Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 189-77, Denial of Preliminary Plat. Lavey MATHILDA FOTH - The Recording Secretary read Resolution roved for adoption. Ald. Dumke seconded the motion and upon a rol-l.call vote, the motion carried unanimously. COMMUNICATIONS E MISCFLLANEOUS BUSINESS the two parcel division proposed by Mr. Kastello on the former Kostka property on Gold Drive pointing out that it it'would be doubtful if'two lots could b~e developed there because of the marshy area. He suggested that development on Hillendzle would be more feasible. Mr. Kastello suggested a one parcel division on Gold Drive which would encompass the marshy area; that the home could be constructed on the high area. Planning Consultant Mangiamele pointed out that if the be under three ownerships. property was developed in that manner, the marshy area would then before the next meeting. ROGER KASTELLO - Plznning Consultant Manciamele reviewed 0 It was the Commission's decision to give this consideration PaEe 3 - Plan Ccmnission December 6. 1977 IIIGIWAY WIDTH MAP - Zoning Officer Lee reviewed a communication dated November 21, 1977, from the Naukesha County Park E Planning Commission regarding the Glaukesha County Street and Highway Width Map. He suxgested that the Commission recom- mend to the Common Council that this map be adopted by the City. Mayor Gottfried declared recess at 9:30 P. M. and the meeting reconvened at 9:40 P. M. TLANNING .. CONSULTANT'S REPORTS WOLLMAN-KURTH-DIEKFUSS - Planning Consultant Mangiamele reviewed his report dated December 6, 1977, regarding Rite Realty's proposed development of the Wollman, Kurth and Diekfuss properties in Section 2. density allowable under the existinc zonine (274 dwelling units) on these 60 acres and pointed out that 145 dwelling units are proposed in this plan. The Commission expressed concern at the drainage problems and the increase in the number of school aEe children. It was in the area, the density allowable under the existing zoning noted by .the Commission that they will be meeting jointly with the school board prior to their next rr,eeting.
