SUBJECT: John Stender - Sketch for Land Division
The preliminary planning study submitted October 14, 1977 is the
result of meeting and a discussion with Mr. Stender and Mr. Johnson, his eng-
ineer. Possible roads for~the future were indicated and have been shown on
the preliminary sketch. The purpose of the exercise was to prevent any pro-
perty from becoming land locked and to sketch out a preliminary road system.
It is therefore recommended that the~sketch be accepted as the
basis .for developing a subdivision provided that a 60' road dedication'be
made between lots 5 and 6 as indicated on--the sketch andza 40'- road dedica-
sac as indicated.- However, the plan commission may want to consider as to
tion be made along the south side of the property with a temporary cul-du-
whether this area between Durham and Woods Roads is appropriate for develop-
ment at this time and as to best way to
initiate development here.
