Peroceschi that before the Plan Commission could make a recommendation to the Common Council rep,arding the legal lot status, it should be assured that the placement of the duelling on the lot would not adversely affect the property on both sides and that a buildiny and pade plan should be submitted so that a proper determination can be made.
