Report:
TO : Plan Commission of the City of Mskego
FROM: City Planning Consultant - J.F. Msngiamele
SUBJECT: Land Division - Clarence J. Froelich Property
DATE: July 28, 1977
Because of land and water table conditions in the area, each
parcel of land developed has an effect on neighboring property. There-
fore, before approving this proposed land division, the city plan comm-
ission should require an overall layout sketch for the future develop-
ment of the total ownership in order to fit this land into an overall
neighborhood plan. The planner recommends that such a sketch be provided
BO the planner and commission can make an appropriate recommendation.
