PCM19770802CITY OF MUSKEG0 PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 2, 1977 CITY HALL Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:OS P.M. PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann, Richard Arrowood, Laura Kilb and Wayne Salentine. Planning Con- sultant Mangiamele and Deputy Zoning Officer Dan Nowak were also present. ABSENT: Fred Lavey MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of July 19, 1977, were approved as mailed. NEW BUSINESS: JOSEPH T. KELLY - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 104-77, Referral to Planning Consultant, Sketch for Land Division, Joseph T. Kelly. Mr. Salentine moved for adoption. Mr. Raimann seconded the motion and upon a roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. #P. C. 105-77, Denial of Sketch for Land Division. Ronald J. Kadine. RONALD J. KADING - The Recording Secretary read Resolution Mr. Arrowood moved for adoption. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously. - #P. C. 106-77, Recommendation to Common Council. Denial of Leaal JEROME MAZURKIEWICZ - The Recording Secretary read Resolution Status, Jerome Mazurkiewicz. Mr. Raimann moved-for adoption. Mr. Salentine seconded the motion, and upon a roll call vote the motion carried unanimously. I GERALD R. LOEBEL - The Recording Secretary read Resolution #P. C. 107-77, Denial of Proposed Expansion of Conditional Use Grant, Gerald R. Loebel. Mr. Raimann moved for adoption. Msngiamele SUBJECT: Land Division - Clarence J. Froelich Property DATE: July 28, 1977 Because of land and water table conditions in the area, each parcel of land developed has an effect on neighboring property. There- fore, before approving this proposed land division, the city plan comm- ission should require an overall layout sketch for the future develop- ment of the total ownership in order to fit this land into an overall neighborhood plan. The planner recommends that such a sketch be provided BO the planner and commission can make an appropriate recommendation. .-
