Les Constantineau, Laura Kilb, and Wayne PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Edward Raimann, Salentine. Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were also present. ABSENT: Fred Lavey MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of May 3. 1977 were approved as ma i led. OLD BUS I NESS FREDERICK GILLE - It was noted by the Commission that Resolution #P. C. 49-77, Denial of Legal Status, is on the floor. However, action was deferred at the last meeting to give Mr. Gille an oppor- tunity to take percolation tests on the three acre parcel in question. Since Mr. Gille was not present and no report was received, Mr. Arrowood moved to defer action on Resolution #P. C. 49-77 until the next meeting. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion and the motion carried upon a voice vote, Later in the meeting, Mrs. Gille appeared. Mr. Gunermann stated they were looking for some direction and action from the Commission on their submittal of their Development Study. In January, 1977 they asked for review of a land division and stated they have not heard anything formally to date. Mr. Salentine was submitted at this time during a sewer moratorium. Mr. Gray seconded the motion. Ald. Constantineau asked Mr. Ray Gray why this stated he felt it was a logical extension of Guernsey Meadows. Mrs. Kilb seconded the motion. 63-77 carried unanimously. Upon a roll call vote, the motion to adopt Resolution #P. C. Approval of Certified Survey Map, Henry Kurth. Mrs. Kilb moved for adoption.
