MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DEG3~IB-IRER 7, 1976

Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 8:05 P. M.
Richard Arrowood, Ald. Charles Colburn, Laura Kilb, Fred Lavey
PRESENT: Chairman Jerome Gottfried, Secretary Ed Raimann,
and Wayne Salentine. Planning Consultant Joseph Mangiamele and
Zoning Officer Gerald Lee were slso present.
MINUTES: The minutes of the previous meeting of November 16,

Reverend James Williams appeared to extend an invitation to the
Commission members to attend the grand opening and dedication
of Tudor Oaks on Saturday, December 11th.

PUNNING CONSULTANT'S REPORT
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN - Planning Consultant Mangiarnele reviewed a neighborhood plan of an area in the W 112 of Section 5 and the E 1/2 of Section 6 which included the Grober, Schmidt, Dawson,
Bentley and city properties. The plan indicated the topography outlining the ridgeline, slope and wooded areas as well as the stream and proposed parkway. He suggested a ridge protection
zone and preservation of the area with a lower density than the existing zoning. He pointed out that the comprehensive plan
