PRESENT: Chaiman Jerome Ggttfried, Secretary Edward Raimann, Laura Kilb apd Wayne Salentine. PJannCng Cpnsultant Joseph
Maqgiamele and Zoning Offiqer Gerald Lee were also present.
ABSENT: Riahard Arrpwood, Ald. Charles Colburn and Fred Lavey
MINUTES: The minutes of phe previous meeting of Novmbey 2, 1976,
were approved as mailed.
NEW BUSINESS

A & P FOOD STORE - It was noted by the Coampiesion that an
Architectural Sub-committee meeting was held just prior to this regular meeting to consider a sign request for the A & P Food
Store.

Muskego Business/Industrial Park. Mr. Rpimann moved for adoption,

motion carried unanimously.
PLANNER' S REPORTS
PATRICK ELLIOTT - Planning Cqnsultant Mangiamele reviewed
his report dated November 16. 1976. regarding the reqvest of
Patrick Elliott to install six to eight 1 l/z car garages on his
property at W192 S9521 Racine Avenyf?!, ip whicp he r;epQrmnended
that, if approved, the number of garages be limited to no more
than six and be arranged in a cluster rather than a straight
line along the property.
Mr. Elliott was present and in answer to quqstipns from
the Conunission advised that he does not intend to set the garages
on a foundation, that they will be staked on 3'' of gravel, that
there are two homes existing on the 6 acres, one of which is
rented, that the garages will be used as storage buildings for
threq cars belonging to his tenant, two company cars, a private
car, a stock car, two jeeps a dump truck, a trailer, a farm
tractor, two boats and a 19t6 pickup truck.

same placed on file.
COMMUNICATIONS & MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS
Zoning Officer Lee advised that he wiJl submit a repprt +t
the next meeting concerning the sign at DiaIf's Farm Market.
A aommunication dated November 12, 1976, directed to the
Commission and Planning Consultant from Peter 0, yeddger concerning
approval of Wildflower planned unit development was read and placed
the remqval of the cattle and barn on Little Muskego Lake before
on file.
ADJOURNMENT: Mrs. Kilb moved for adjournmenq at 9:30 P. M. Mr.
Raimann seconded the motion and the motion carried.

Progress Report on Projects Pending:
- Land Division - Schwefel Property -- Consultant had discussion with
Schwefel's designer and both agreed that a 3 parcel division would
be the most approriate--subject to cul-du:.sac design.
Adrian Schmidt--Rezoning--being considered within the neighborhood plan--
still in progress. (Grober property also in this study.)
Wildflower -- No further contact
- Mr. & Mrs. Warren -- Property on south of street from Clark Station:
Mrs Warren indicated that they would not continue with their proposal
and withdraw from their buyer's agreement.
The Lake -- consultant indicated that 70 units rather 80 would more likely
provide the desired arrangement on McShane.
